TENANT NOTICE
Tenant Services (Occupancy Specialist) is open on a request basis only. Please complete a Tenant Service Request form and submit it to our Receptionist.
CHA will respond to your request in the order of receipt by the next available CHA Staff member and may take up to 1-3 business days, except for housing emergencies.
Expect delays in our service, and thank you for your patience.
